Use the cookbook repo for the actual workflow

Go there when you need to:

  • follow the maintained CU/composite processing recipe,
  • run the SPSR package pre-flight helper,
  • update the package-first handoff pattern,
  • keep the operational cookbook in one place.

Short path

  1. Build the canonical CU/WSP bundle in the cookbook/species-prep flow.
  2. If you need an SPSR handoff, run the cookbook repo pre-flight helper against the Salmon Data Package.
  3. Derive wizard or bulk upload files from that validated package.
